I don’t know about you, but I love a good cookie recipe. This recipe iseverything I’ve been needing and more! I promise I didn’t eat the wholebatch when I made them, but DANG it was hard to limit myself.

Cream together sugars, shortening, butter and peanut butter.Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
Mix dry ingredients together and then add to cream mixture.Roll cookie dough into tablespoon size balls.
Roll the cookie balls into sugar.
Place on cookie sheets. DO NOT SMASH.
Bake for 11-13 minutes.
To really feel secure about protecting your assets and your future, you may need the extra level of protection provided by a personal umbrella insurance policy.
What’s your piece of mind worth?
An umbrella policy provides an additional layer of protection. If the liability limits are exhausted on your home, auto, or other underlying insurance policy, your umbrella takes over and provides an additional layer of protection. The cost is minimal, the piece of mind is priceless. Call your agent at Hometown Insurance Center today.
