Winter 2021 Highlights

Happy New Year! Are you as excited for the new year as we
are? We love the start of a new year because it gives you an
opportunity to reflect on personal and professional goals. Here
at the office we are refreshed and brimming with new ideas to
help us grow as an agency and make our customer experience
better than ever. Here are a few of our goals for the agency
for 2021.

I don’t know about you, but I love a good cookie recipe. This recipe is
everything I’ve been needing and more! I promise I didn’t eat the whole
batch when I made them, but DANG it was hard to limit myself.

• 1 c brown sugar
• 1 c white sugar1/2 c shortening
• 1/2 c butter, softened
• 1 c peanut butter
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 350*, spray cookies sheets with non stick spray.

Cream together sugars, shortening, butter and peanut butter.
Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.

Mix dry ingredients together and then add to cream mixture.
Roll cookie dough into tablespoon size balls.

Roll the cookie balls into sugar.

Place on cookie sheets. DO NOT SMASH.

Bake for 11-13 minutes.
